Mexican marinated whole hog with extra virgin olive oil and Mexican spices, cooked on our spit on site for 7 hours

The whole Hog is injected with a marinade of brown sugar, paprika, chilli, oregano, orange and pineapple juice, Tabasco and salt. This method produces a fabulous pulled pork style hog.

Served with fresh rolls, Guacamole, fresh spicy salsa, sour cream and Grated Extra mature cheddar.

Mexican Brown Rice salad

Made with diced red onion, Red and Green peppers, garlic, fresh corn, diced tomatoes and chilli and finished with Fresh coriander

Chopped mixed salad with a spicy honey and lime dressing

Comprising of Heart of Romaine lettuce, yellow peppers, red onion, Courgette, black beans, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes and coriander.

Central Mexican Style slaw

Made with Sliced red and white cabbage, carrot, red and yellow peppers, onion, jalapeno peppers, cumin, olive oil and lime juice
