Anti Pasti a selection of hams, salami, prosciutto and other cold cuts, served with parmesan cheese, a selection of olives and stuffed peppers, Grissini and warmed Italian garlic and virgin olive oil flatbreads.

Italian marinated whole hog with extra virgin olive oil and Herbs, cooked on our spit on site for 7 hours The hog is injected with a fresh marinade comprising of Virgin olive oil, Red wine, Balsamic vinegar, fresh Oregano, basil, Thyme Rosemary, sage and Parsley Served with a selection of fresh rolls and French sticks.

Salads & Sides

Roasted mini new potatoes with rosemary and garlic, cooked in the pig juices

Mixed Mediterranean salad finished with grated parmesan and truffle oil Comprising of Heart of Romaine lettuce, diced red onion, black olives, cherry tomatoes, slices reddish and finished with an Italian dressing with chunks of crumbled feta cheese

Grilled Peace and Avocado Salad Made with Sliced red onion, buffalo mozzarella, and arugula cheese
