For hundreds of years the problem of feeding large crowds was solved by spit roasting a whole animal, and the operation itself became a focus of the celebration. Here at the Thames Valley Spit Roast Co, the art of spit roasting is our specialty, hogs can be supplied to cater for up to 200 people and our unique spit roasters create a fabulous display and tempting aroma.
We cook and carve the hog in our specially constructed charcoal spit which will guarantee faultless results time after time. Our hog roasts can be served in a freshly baked roll which will be complimented with mustards, apple sauce, relishes, and a range of specially prepared stuffing’s or, as an alternative, it can be served with a range of freshly prepared salads. Or hot vegetables.
