Potato salad with diced red onion and Chives, bound with a sweet chilli and mango mayonnaise

Tomato & Buffalo Mozzarella salad finished with sliced fennel, fresh Basil and a balsamic glaze

As part of the BBQ Menu Package

All of the above will be cooked and prepared on site, we will also supply a selection of fresh breads and a selection of dressings and sauces.
