Aberdeen Angus 1/4lb Prime smoked bacon and blue cheese burger served in a brioche bun with crispy lettuce, tomato, dill pickle and a mild chilli and mango Mayo

Korean Gochujang Stick spicy Chicken

Smoked Paprika sticky Pork Roast Loin served with a sticky stout BBQ Sauce

Salads and sides

Arizona Slaw

Potato salad with diced red onion and Chives, bound with a sweet chilli and mango mayonnaise

Tomato & Buffalo Mozzarella salad finished with sliced fennel, fresh Basil and a balsamic glaze

Mixed leaf with peach, parma ham, Avocado with a honey mustard dressing

Ketchups, mayonnaise, BBQ sauces and drizzles supplied with all of the above.

As part of the BBQ Menu Package

All of the above will be cooked and prepared on site, we will also supply a selection of fresh breads and a selection of dressings and sauces.
