Thames Valley Spit Roast & Catering was set up in 1999 by Matthew Jaina in Burnham, Buckinghamshire.
With an extensive background in professional cooking, event management, and client liaison, our team has brought together a wealth of experience to create a catering company capable of meeting any event’s requirements.

Our Investment in Quality
Over the years, we have made significant investments in the latest technology to enhance our offerings.
Our company uses ultramodern Wi-Fi enabled wood smoking equipment, ensuring exceptional flavour and quality in every dish.
To further our commitment to sustainability and efficiency, we run a fleet of 100% electric Volkswagen vans.
We are also enormously proud to use locally sourced ingredients including organic produce and local farm shops and butchers
Our Team
We are supported by an outstanding front of house team. Every member of our staff holds Level 1 and Level 2 Food Hygiene certification and has received comprehensive training in all aspects of food preparation and service. This dedication to training guarantees that every event runs smoothly and safely.
