Mediterranean tart

Grilled aubergine, red peppers & courgettes baked with crème fraiche in thyme pastry, topped with basil pesto

Three artichoke salad

Globe, Jerusalem and crones artichokes tossed with mixed leaves & parmesan shavings in a lemon & truffle oil dressing

Fig & goat’s cheese gazette

A round of puff pastry topped with fig, caramelized onions & goat’s cheese, served on a bed of rocket, with a balsamic vinegar glaze

Artichoke & Parmesan tarts

All Butter pastry cases, with a rich parmesan and artichoke filling

Char grilled Vegetable Tart

Creamy pesto sauce topped with red and yellow peppers, onions & butternut squash

Stuffed peppers

Red peppers stuffed with roasted courgette, marinated aubergine, mozzarella and couscous, the tops of the pepper are fixed with a wooden skewer.

Oriental Vegetable kebabs with a peanut dressing

All of the above will be cooked and prepared on site, we will also supply a selection of fresh breads and a selection of dressings and sauces.

All of the food will be served by way of a buffet this will include the following:-

  • Catering Gazebo
  • All tables for serving
  • Linen Table cloths
  • Chafing dishes and gels
  • Serving platters and cutlery
  • Bread display and all other serving items on the buffet tables
  • 1 x Chef 2 x service
  • High quality disposable plates, cutlery and napkins
  • Desserts can be added
